This project was born from the passion of Verdacchi-Pinelli family for green and quality traditions. Since 1976, when we bought il Fontanaro farm we’ve started to do our best to be self sufficient, not wating our planet, but enanching our land.
Nowadays, after several decades, we are very proud to produce our extra virgin organic olive oil, olio della Pace at Il Fontanaro Olive Oil Estate in Paciano, Umbria, Italy. We are a family owned 100% organic olive grove and estate and our yearly harvest is approaching! We are a small family adhering to principles of quality extra virgin olive oil making. We firmly believe that the olive oil we make is capable of competing with world famous brands.
Our extra virgin olive oil is a combination of hard work of our makers and the unique terroir: thoroughness on each stage of olive oil making and usage of up-to-date techniques.
